- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not surprised to see additional reviews of how HORRIBLE this company is to deal with. From changing my banking information, to requesting policy information to adding a new vehicle to my policy-NOBODY at this establishment exhibits one ounce of customer service. If you even attempt to address the lack of customer service and dissatisfaction you get talked over and hung up on apparently. I called back and requested to speak to the manager Bill Hickey, and was told by Bill and I quote: ' Well there are lots of other insurance companies out there'!! Wow-instead of handling a customer complaint and showing genuine concern you just shove me off to another company lol awesome. Not surprised you guys removed your Facebook page either-I'm sure it was inundated with unhappy customers. As of May 2018 when my policy is up for renewal I'll be glad to move on-you are the of the worst.by Karon BowenJanuary 08, 2017
