- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The front desk staff are unprofessional and frankly incompetent. Every single time myself or my husband had an appointment over two years, they were unable to get our insurance right and frequently billed us incorrectly. Further, their phone etiquette and email exchanges have been rude.
