  The pharmacy staff were very disorganized. They made me wait for 1.5 hour to tell me they cannot complete my order. When I asked them why you did not inform me ahead of time, they said it is a new system they got today, which does not make sense as they did the same to me 2 month ago after waiting for 2 hours. At the end they did not give me what they had and canceled my entire order so I had to go without my medication to another pharmacy. What made it even worse was they did not offer any apology also when I asked for their phone number to transfer my prescription they refused to give it. They said the other pharmacy knows them. Anyways, I found another pharmacy in Avalon mall, with amazing staff. Also I had to wait along time for shoppers to fax them the prescription. Something they could just hand in to me while I was at shoppers . I am very disappointed at pharmacy section of shoppers drug mart and I had never experience such customer service from them. The only reason I am leaving this review is for other people to be cautious about this location's level of responsibility and I definitely suggest going to another pharmacy if you have an urgent matter. Also, I have to mention I did shop at this location for other reasons and the staff in other departments seemed very nice and helpful.
